We are pleased to invite you to attend the “Criminal liability of legal entities” seminar that will be held on 17 June in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This event will be conducted by LuatViet, with the cooperation of attorneys and representatives of organizations with extensive experience in business and financial crime consulting. The seminar shall help delegates to gain a comprehensive understanding of regulations applied to commercial legal entities which commit criminal offences in the Criminal Code No 100/2015 / QH13.

At the workshop, participants will also have the opportunity to take part in discussions to clarify practical issues when applying the new law, along with strategies to prevent negative impacts on business activities
