On 1st of November 2019, amendment on Law on Intellectual Property 2005, was passed by the 14th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 7th session on 14th of June 2019, officially entered into force with the following remarks
Recently, Circular no. 66/2019/TT-BTC dated September 20th, 2019 amending, supplementing to guidelines on electronic transaction relating to taxation promulgated by Ministry of Finance shall enter into force on November 9th, 2019, with below information:
Certificate of Origin (C/O): new provision to be granted the special preferential tariff (under CPTPP)
Circular 62/2019/TT-BTC promulgated by the Ministry of Finance dated September 5th, 2019 on amendment and supplement to Circular 38/2018/TT-BTC prescribing determination of the origin of goods to be granted the special preferential tariff, which entered into force on October 21st, 2019.
The Ministry of Finance has promulgated Circular no. 68/2019/TT-BTC (“Circular 68”) dated 30th of September, 2019 guiding on the implementation of Decree no 119/2018/ND-CP about the e-invoice upon selling goods and providing services, which is entering into force on the 14th of November, 2019.
